Napoleon in November

We are still getting adjusted, here in NC and havn't made any new friends just yet. Poor Adalie gets so lonely. The few times she's gone to the park, the kids said she was too small to play with. Thankfully tho, Nepoleon has been a nice playmate for her. They both have the same, sweet but wild, personality.

Today was such a beautiful day out, we decided to take the our new puppy, Nepoleon, out to the park to play. It was, also, the first day Addy got to wear her new hat and I HAD to get pictures! Unfortunately, we never made it to the park. ...Fortunately, I got some nice photos out of it!

Carolina on My Mind

Yikes! In all this moving coast to south to coast excitment, I had forgotton to blog about it! I kinda had forgotton I even HAD a blog...but here I am, blogging to whoever reads this.

I have to say, I still miss Sunny San Diego. I miss my friends there and the nice warm weather. Mississippi was nice. I got to see old friends, meet new ones and it had been awhile since I had been home. Now here I am on the East Coast again! I didn't expect that I would be happy to be back, but I have to say, one trip to the beache and I was hooked, again, and happy to be back. It's so beautiful here. I had gotton caught up in the West Coast charms but now I remember all the charm of Coastal Carolina!

We had spent a couple..or few weeks in a few hotels. One being ON the beach. (tiny vacation) But now we are finally in our own house again...(town home) After unpacking and seeing how dingy everything was from being in storage and previous kid use, we bought a new wrap around couch and table. Now for the decorating!
 
Must say...it's starting to feel like home.
